This check monitors the alarms of EMKA devices which support the ELM2-MIB.

The service status is OK if the alarm is 'inactive' or 'latched', it is CRIT if alarm is 'active' otherwise UNKNOWN.

The alarm identifier.

Discovery

One service is created for each activated alarm identifier.
